Montana Sapphire 2.10ct Hexagon
This is a 2.10 carat blue and white Montana sapphire, cut as an elongated hexagon in a clean step-cut and measuring 8.06 by 6.07mm. Natural sapphire sits at Mohs 9, hard enough for genuine everyday wear and the backbone of Bohemi's engagement work. A diamond at Mohs 10 is harder, since the hardness scale is not linear, but a sapphire at 9 is a stone you can wear daily without worry.
Heather and her team hand-select every stone at Bohemi's studio in Boulder, Colorado, and this one comes from Montana, a US source that can carry rare mine-level traceability. The only treatment Bohemi ever uses on a sapphire is heat, and we always disclose it. The blue and white color reads soft and cool, well suited to the crisp lines of a step-cut hexagon.
Bohemi does not sell loose stones. This sapphire is set into an engagement ring or a custom piece, and the $1,575 price is the starting point for the finished ring. If you love this stone, Heather can build it into a setting like the Harlow or something entirely your own. Explore the full range of engagement rings.
