How should I prepare for my appointment?
Bring any inspiration that speaks to you—this could be a Pinterest board, sketches, or even just a feeling. If you’re redesigning heirloom jewelry, please bring the piece(s) you’d like to reimagine. We’ll explore design ideas, discuss your partner’s style, review your budget, and walk through the timeline together. For permanent jewelry, simply arrive ready to choose your chain—we’ll size and weld it on the spot.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, life happens! For custom engagement and heirloom redesign we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to open your slot to another client and ensures our design team’s time is respected.
For permanent jewelry appointments, you must let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows and cancellations made within 12 hours will be treated the same, and we will keep your deposit. You’re always welcome to reschedule—your deposit will simply be applied to your new appointment.
The fastest way to reach us is by phone or text, so we can adjust your booking right away and ensure you don’t lose your spot.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but depending on the day’s schedule, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule to give you the attention your project deserves.
Is there a fee to book?
Our custom design and permanent jewelry consultations are complimentary. Permanent jewelry requires a small deposit of $20, which is always applied toward your purchase.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We offer virtual one-on-one appointments where you can meet with a designer from anywhere. These include the same personalized design journey—style guidance, gemstone sourcing, CAD renderings, and timeline clarity—without needing to step foot in the studio.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Your personal details, design ideas, and budget conversations are always kept 100% confidential. We take your privacy seriously and treat your story with care, from the first consultation through final creation.
