Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of an unworn item within 14 business days of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond the 14 days stated above.

TO START A RETURN:

  • 1. Log in to your account: 
    • 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  • 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • 5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund minus the shipping label. We charge $6 for the return shipping label for orders $500 and under. For orders above $500 it will depend on the value of the item and whether it needs insurance. It will usually mirror the amount charged to you when we shipped it to you. 

If you bought an engagement ring, did not get it resized (because you weren't sure the size) and now need it sized to the correct size with our complimentary resize we will send you a prepaid Fedex label to send us back the ring for resizing. Do not go through the Returns Portal. Please email us at hello@bohemi.com or contact us here.

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for the following items:

  • All items purchased on FINAL SALE or our ANNUAL SALE
  • Custom made items (engagement ring settings, made-to-order items)
  • In-stock items that have been customized (necklace length adjustments, ready-to-ship engagement rings that have been resized, pieces with engraving)
  • Loose gemstones-all our gemstones are sold as a complete set with either our ring settings or with a custom piece. If you purchased the wrong stone or you've changed your mind we will exchange it for another stone as long as you get in touch with us within 48 hours. 

Full priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code of 20% off and under, ARE returnable/refundable.

Items purchased with a discount over 20% are store credit only. You will receive a store gift card that is valid in-store or online.

If an item valued under $500 is received in a damaged condition, the damaged item must be mailed back to us within 5 days of the date received. In the returns portal please put “Damaged Item” in your note to us. We will send you a free prepaid label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately ship out a replacement. If we are not able to replace the damaged item, we will refund both the original cost of the item and the shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are not insured.

For fine jewelry, engagement & wedding rings and custom jewelry over $1000 we insure all packages. Our insurance guarantees safe delivery but requires a direct signature. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery time for stolen packages and 24 hours for damaged packages. Please contact us at 720-636-2759 if you need to reach us immediately. 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM RETURNS 

You may cancel your order before production begins within 48 hours, and your 50% deposit will be fully refunded. Once production (after the 48 hour period) has started, 50% deposits are non-refundable as they cover material and labor costs. If you paid in full for a made-to-order item, you have 48 hours to cancel the order for a full refund. After the 48 hours the item is non-refundable as production has begun.

CUSTOM ITEM RETURNS

For all custom design pieces we require a $500 deposit to begin design. You have 24 hours to cancel your deposit and receive a full refund. After 24 hours the deposit is not refundable as we will have started designing your piece.
