We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of an unworn item within 14 business days of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond the 14 days stated above.
To Start a Return:
- 1. Log in to your account:
- 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- 5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund minus the shipping label. We charge $5 for the return shipping label if the item is under $500. If it's over $500 the cost of the label will depend on whether there is insurance on the item.
Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for the following items:
-All items purchased on FINAL SALE
-Custom made items.
Full priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code of 20% off and under, ARE returnable/refundable.
Items purchased with a discount over 20% are store credit only. You will receive a store gift card that is valid in-store or online.
If an item is received in a damaged condition, the damaged item must be mailed back to us within 5 days of the date received. In the returns portal please put “Damaged Item” in your note to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately ship out a replacement. If we are not able to replace the damaged item, we will refund both the original cost of the item and the shipping.
Custom Item Returns
Since these items are made per your unique requirements, we cannot refund a custom made item. This includes ring resizing and necklace adjustments.
