We ship USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, and Priority Express with and without insurance. We also offer UPS 2-day Air with insurance. |

Items $500-$1000 |
We offer USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, Priority Express, and UPS 2-Day, but due to the value, we only ship with insurance. |

For items over $1000 |
We only ship FEDEX 2-Day with insurance. Direct signature is required. We can also have the package held for you at your nearest FEDEX station and you can pickup with a valid I.D. |
For In Stock items on the website, we ship within 1-3 business days (we’re fast, we try to ship same day if you order before 4pm MST, obviously no guarantees, but shoot us an email or put it in the notes if you have an impending deadline).
For made-to-order listings, please note the length of time to make the piece listed in the product description.
Custom orders, special requests, and larger volume orders are subject to longer processing times. An email will be sent to you with those details.
If you need a different shipping carrier or a faster delivery time (overnight) just email us at hello@bohemi.com and we can give you a quote or answer any questions you have.
For any FEDEX/UPS deliveries, direct signatures are required for the insurance to be valid.
A cheaper and often times more secure (if you live in an area that has high theft or apartments where someone else could sign for your package) option for high value items is to have us ship to the closest Fedex station. You can then pickup the package (within 5 days) with your photo ID. This way also works well if the package is a surprise. If you would like to go this route just let us know in the notes at checkout and what Fedex station you would like to use. We will refund you any overages switching from home delivery to a Fedex station.

Orders
Canceling/Changing
We pride ourselves on shipping orders very fast. If you need to change/cancel an in-stock order please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If it's a custom order, a made-to-order item or an engagement/wedding ring setting you have 48 hours to contact us about any changes before we proceed into production, at which point we can no longer change your order or refund your deposit.
Timing/Rush Orders
For items that are in-stock just leave in the notes upon checkout when you need it by and we will do our absolute best to get it to you asap. If the shipping you purchased is not the best choice we'll email you with a better option to get it there on-time.
For made-to-order items or custom pieces each product listing has the production timeline listed, if you need it sooner, please reach out to us, but rush fees may apply.
Sales Tax
Orders placed outside of Colorado (based on the billing ZIP code attached to your credit card) will not be charged sales tax. Because each state has its own tax laws, the easiest way to confirm is to add your item to the cart and begin checkout—once you’ve entered your shipping and billing information, any applicable taxes will be displayed.
We are located in Boulder, Colorado, and all orders shipped within the state will include local and state sales tax. If you select Pickup in Boulder, Boulder’s local sales tax will be applied to your order.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us first so we can see if we can rectify the situation. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of an unworn item within 14 business days of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond the 14 days stated above. Please visit our Returns page.
Gift Packed
All items are gift packed with no prices on them. For shipping weight and efficiency we try and pack your items in as few boxes as possible.
If you need each item individually gift packed, PLEASE let us know in a note at checkout before we ship. If we have to send out more gift boxes you will have to pay for additional shipping.
We do offer Happy Birthday note cards. If you would like us to include one please write your message in the notes section before checking out.
