- Submit Your Metal Scrap: You can drop it off in person or ship it to us.

- Weight & Sort: Each metal type is weighed separately to determine value.
- Value Assessment:
Under $1,000: We credit you based on that day’s spot price.
Over $1,000: We send the lot to our professional refiner for full analysis. - Final Offer: You receive store credit based on the calculated value and current market rates.

Valuation Method:
- We determine your credit based on metal type, purity, and live market price on the settlement date.).

Gemstone Handling Policy:
- Easy-to-remove stones (like prong settings): We remove them in-house to get an accurate weight.
- Flush-set, channel, pave or glued stones: Our refiner dissolves the metal to retrieve stones.
- This service includes a $75 stone removal fee + $15 return shipping, deducted from your final credit.
- This flat fee applies whether you're removing one piece or 10, so it's
most cost-efficient to send multiple items at once.
Returned Stones:
- Only stones with measurable value are automatically returned.
- If you have sentimental stones (e.g., family heirlooms), please notify us in advance.
- Soft stones like turquoise, coral, pearl may be destroyed during the refining process—we cannot guarantee their return.

Processing Timeframes:
- Under $1,000: ~3–10 business days
- Over $1,000 (sent to refiner):

- Scrap credit is not redeemable for cash.
