The Sagitta diamond eternity cigar band is a 10mm wide, carved feather band set with tiny natural diamonds all the way around, in 14k yellow gold. Can I have it engraved on the inside?

No. Engraving is not offered on the bands that carry stones, and the diamonds on this one run the full way around. If you want an engraved band to wear with it, the plain metal bands without stones can be engraved, so ask and we will point you at the ones that work.

Can I wear a 10mm band every day, or with an engagement ring?

Both are done. At 10mm it carries the hand on its own, which is why plenty of people wear it as their only ring or as an anniversary band. Worn with an engagement ring it takes up most of the finger, so it usually sits better on the other hand or on a different finger than stacked tight against a solitaire.
