Harlow Star Fantasy Cut Sapphire Engagement Ring
Harlow is a one-of-a-kind Art Deco engagement ring built around a 1.84 carat star fantasy cut blue sapphire, cut by lapidary Brett Kosnar. The star fantasy cut is a concave cut, shaped to show a larger face for its weight and to stay bright across many angles rather than only head-on. The sapphire sits low in a platinum half-bezel, framed by tapered baguette and round natural white diamonds, with princess-cut diamonds trailing halfway down the band. Sharp, geometric lines: Gatsby-era glamour with a modern edge.
The half-bezel and low profile are a design decision, not only a look. The bezel wraps and shields the most vulnerable edge of the stone, and the low setting keeps it close to the hand, so Harlow is a statement ring you can wear every day. It is set in platinum with a high-shine finish.
Harlow is $11,125 as shown, and it is one of a kind. If you love the design but want a different center, it can be built with an alternative sapphire, an emerald or radiant cut, or your own heirloom stone, and inside engraving is available.
