You choose the accent stones, natural or lab white diamonds with the baguette side windows, and the metal: 14k or 18k in yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum. What does the Chrysos setting listing include?

The setting and the side stones: the prong-set milgrain hexagon, the natural or lab white accent diamonds, and the baguette side windows. The center stone is not included. You choose one from Bohemi's stone catalog, or Heather sources it for you.

What are the peek-a-boo baguette windows?

White baguettes set into both sides of the center stone, so the Chrysos sparkles from the side as much as it does from the top. They are the Bohemi twist on a heritage silhouette, and they are the reason this ring does not read as a straight antique reproduction.

What size center stone should I choose?

A stone of 0.75ct or bigger has the best impact in the milgrain hexagon. Salt and pepper diamonds suit the design, and they do not come with a GIA or IGI grading report: the grading scale assumes a colorless, eye clean stone, so there is no grade to issue. That is by design, not an omission.

Can I choose the metal finish?

Yes. The Chrysos can be finished polished, satin or matte, on top of your choice of 14k or 18k yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum.

How long does the Chrysos setting take to make?

4 to 6 weeks when your center stone comes from Bohemi's stone catalog, and 6 to 8 weeks when Heather is sourcing one for you. Can the Chrysos setting be resized after it is made?

Yes. A resize takes about 2 weeks. Know this before you ask for one: once a ring has been resized it is final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unsure of your size, ask for a wax mold to try on before the setting goes into production and skip the resize entirely.
