The Harlow setting is Bohemi's Art Deco engagement ring, an ode to Gatsby-era glamour with a dose of Bohemi spirit. The center stone sits in a sleek half-bezel, surrounded by tapered baguette, princess-cut and round white diamonds in true geometric Art Deco form. Princess-cut diamonds trail halfway down the band, catching light from every angle. Heather designed it low profile, so the sharp symmetry of the era reads on a hand that gets used.

This listing is the setting, not a finished ring. You choose the metal, 14k or 18k in yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum, and whether the side stones are lab diamonds or natural diamonds. With lab diamond sides the setting is $4,900 in 14k and $6,200 in 18k or platinum. With natural diamonds it is $5,500 and $6,800. The center stone is separate, picked from Bohemi's stone catalog, sourced for you, or brought to us as an heirloom.

What comes with the Harlow setting?

The setting only: the band, the half-bezel that holds the center stone, and the tapered baguette, princess-cut and round white diamonds around it. The center stone is chosen separately. Pick one from Bohemi's stone catalog, ask Heather to source one, or use an heirloom stone. If it is an heirloom, reach out to us first so we can make sure the stone will fit the design.

Which center stone shapes suit the Harlow?

Emerald or radiant cut sapphires and diamonds work well in this design. Custom-cut sapphires are an option too. If you have another shape in mind, contact the studio before ordering so the stone can be checked against the half-bezel.

Is the Harlow a high profile ring?

No. The Harlow is a low-profile setting, which is what makes it wearable for an active lifestyle. The half-bezel keeps the center stone close to the hand, and the princess-cut diamonds run halfway down the band from there.

How long does the Harlow setting take to make?

4 to 6 weeks when the center stone comes from Bohemi's stone catalog, and 6 to 8 weeks when Heather is sourcing a stone for you. Can the Harlow setting be resized later, and can I return it after that?

Yes. Resizing the Harlow setting takes about 2 weeks. One thing to know before you do it: once a ring has been resized it is final sale and cannot be returned. If you are not certain of your size, ask for a wax mold of the Harlow to try on before the ring goes into production and you can skip the resize altogether.

How is this different from the finished Harlow ring?

This listing is the setting on its own, built in the metal and side stones you pick, with the center stone chosen separately. The finished Harlow listing is the same design shown with the stone it is pictured with. Choose the setting when you want your own stone, or a stone from the catalog, in Heather's design.
