This listing is the setting. The center stone is chosen separately. You pick the accent diamonds, lab grown or natural, and the metal: 14k or 18k in yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum. The setting runs $4,875 to $6,360 depending on those two choices. Can it be resized later, and what does that do to returns?

Yes, and a resize takes about 2 weeks. One thing to settle first: once a ring has been resized it is final sale and cannot be returned. If your size is not certain, ask for a wax mold to try on before the setting goes into production and you can avoid the resize altogether.
