The Arcadia contour band takes its shape from the arc of a butterfly wing. An open, airy structure carries a combination of marquise and round diamonds, so the band reads as movement rather than as a tidy row of stones. It was drawn to nestle beside the Arcadia engagement ring, and it is light enough to stack or to wear on its own.

You choose the diamonds, natural or lab grown, and you choose the metal: 14k or 18k in yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum, in a shiny, satin or matte finish. Those two choices set the price, and the band runs $2,700 to $3,900. The profile stays lightweight and low whichever way you go, which is what lets it sit under other rings without crowding them.

Colored gemstones and different stone shapes are possible on this band, and so are Canadian diamonds, so ask if you want the arc set with something other than white. Standard resizing takes about two weeks, and once a ring has been resized it is final sale and cannot be returned, so put the size you want in the notes at checkout. What comes with the Arcadia Contour Wedding Ring?

The band itself, set with marquise and round diamonds in the metal and finish you choose. There is no separate center stone to buy, which is what makes this different from a setting listing. Price runs $2,700 to $3,900 depending on whether you pick natural or lab grown diamonds and which metal you put them in. The Arcadia engagement ring is sold separately.

How long does the Arcadia contour band take to make?

About 4 to 6 weeks from the day you order. That covers casting the open arc, setting the marquise and round diamonds, and finishing it in the metal you chose. Can the inside of the Arcadia contour band be engraved?

No. Engraving is not offered on the Bohemi bands that are set with stones, and the Arcadia contour carries diamonds across its arc. The plain metal bands in the collection are the ones that take engraving.

Can the Arcadia contour band be resized?

Yes. Standard resizing takes about two weeks. The one thing to know before you send it back: once a ring has been resized it is final sale and cannot be returned. That is why we would rather build it in the right size, so put the size you want in the notes at checkout.

Can I have colored gemstones instead of the diamonds?

Yes. This band can be set with colored gemstones, with different stone shapes, or with Canadian diamonds in place of the marquise and round stones listed. Those are priced individually, so ask before you order and we will quote it.

Will it sit flush against an engagement ring that is not the Arcadia?

Often, yes. The arc is open and low, which is forgiving of other profiles, but it was cut around the Arcadia and that is the pairing it is guaranteed against. If your ring is from another collection or another maker, send a photo first and we will tell you honestly whether the two will meet cleanly.
