All packages are shipped USPS (within U.S) with tracking. For all orders under 1lb we ship first class domestic shipping for a $5 flat rate, if you would like to upgrade to priority it is $9. For orders over 1lb the cost is a flat rate of $10 and goes priority mail. Orders over $300 qualify for Free Shipping. If you are local you can always come by the store and pick up your goodies.  Most items in stock on the website ship within 1-3 business days (we’re fast, sometimes we can get it out same day, obviously no guarantees but shoot us an email if you have an impending deadline). For made-to order listings please note the length of time to make the piece is listed in the product description. Custom orders, special requests, and larger volume orders are subject to longer processing times. An email will be sent to you with those details. We can ship USPS 1st Class (3-5 days), USPS Domestic Priority (1-3 days), USPS Express (1-2 days). If you need a different shipping carrier (UPS/FEDEX) or a faster delivery time just email us at and we can give you a quote.

We do offer FREE Local Pickup. This means you are COMING to our Boulder store at 1717 Pearl St. Boulder, CO 80302 to pick up your items if you live in the area.

All items are gift packed. We offer Happy Birthday note cards, just put in the notes upon checkout what you would like us to write.

Currently we only ship internationally to the UK, Australia, Japan and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing and you are not in one of those countries you can email us at and we can review your request on a case by case basis. Insurance is recommended, you will need to email us at so we can add insurance to your order. With First Class International mail we cannot guarantee tracking once it leaves the US borders. You accept that your package may or may not get to you when using First Class International. If you want it guaranteed and tracked you will need to change your shipping service which can only be done by emailing us. Prices include shipping only, they do not include duties and taxes that may apply.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us first so we can see if we can rectify the situation. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of an unworn item within 30 business days (domestic and international returns) of purchase. Items should be in the original condition, and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond the 30 days stated above.

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for the following items:
– All items purchased on FINAL SALE
-Custom made items

Full priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code ARE returnable/ refundable.

If an item is received in a damaged condition, the damaged item must be mailed back to us within ten (10) days of the date received. Please contact us at so we can send you a shipping label. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately ship out a replacement. If we are not able to replace the damaged item, we will refund both the original cost of the item and the shipping.

Custom Item Returns
Since these items are made per your unique requirements, we cannot refund a custom made item.

Customs & Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Bohemi is bound by law to declare the full value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. Bohemi will not be able to declare a lower value.
