Shipping

All packages are shipped USPS (within U.S) with tracking. For orders over $150 first class domestic shipping is FREE. Delivery times and cost depend on the shipping method you choose. Most items in stock on the website ship within 1-3 business days. For made-to order listings please note the length of time to make the piece is listed in the product description. Custom orders, special requests, and larger volume orders are subject to longer processing times. An email will be sent to you with those details. We can ship US Domestic Priority, which is usually 1-2 days depending on your location. You can choose Priority or 1st class on the checkout screen in your cart.

We do offer free Local Pickup. This means you are coming to our Boulder, CO studio to pick up your jewelry or ring cones if you live in the area.

If you would like to insure your package, please email us at hello@bohemi.com for an updated price. All items are gift packed.

Currently we only ship internationally to the UK, Australia, Japan and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing and you are not in one of those countries you can email us at hello@bohemi.com and we can review your request on a case by case basis. Insurance is recommended, you will need to email us at hello@bohemi.com so we can add insurance to your order. With First Class International mail we cannot guarantee tracking once it leaves the US borders. You accept that your package may or may not get to you when using First Class International. If you want it guaranteed and tracked you will need to change your shipping service which can only be done by emailing us. Prices include shipping only, they do not include duties and taxes that may apply.

Please note Bohemi cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us first so we can see if we can rectify the situation. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of an unworn item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. Items should be in the original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items beyond the 7 or 18 days stated above.

Please note that we do NOT offer refunds for the following items:
– All items purchased on SALE
-Custom made items

Full priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code ARE returnable/ refundable.

If an item is received in a damaged condition, the damaged item must be mailed back to us within ten (10) days of the date received and we will reimburse you for your shipping costs for having to do so. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will immediately ship out a replacement. If we are not able to replace the damaged item, we will refund both the original cost of the item and shipping charges for mailing that item.

Custom Item Returns
Since these items are made per your unique requirements, we cannot refund a custom made item.

Customs & Import Taxes

All customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their own country. Bohemi is bound by law to declare the full value of your order, along with an invoice of purchase. Bohemi will not be able to declare a lower value.
